The meeting was organized to review the Company’s business and production performance in 2025, while also discussing and approving strategic orientations and development plans for 2026 and the following years. The event was conducted in a professional, transparent, and compliant manner, fully adhering to applicable laws and the Company’s Charter.

Report on 2025 Business Performance

At the meeting, the management of Vina Nha Trang Engineering Joint Stock Company presented key reports regarding the Company’s operations in 2025, including the business and production performance report, as well as reports on the activities of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

Accordingly, the reports provided an overall assessment of the Company’s operational performance over the past year, while also analyzing market opportunities, challenges, and proposed solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the coming period.

Approval of the 2026 Development Plan and Strategic Direction

The General Meeting discussed and approved important matters under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders, including the business and production plan as well as the Company’s strategic directions for 2026.

Vina Nha Trang Engineering JSC is the exclusive sponsor of roasting machines for the Roastery Challenge category of the Vietnam Coffee Challenge 2023 held from May 11 – May 14, 2023 in Hanoi.

This is a prestigious competition that showcases the skills and creativity of Vietnamese coffee roast masters.

On April 25, 2023, VNT hosted the acceptance test of 04 Roasters, the state-of-the-art roasting machines that VNT exclusively sponsored for VCC 2023. The test was attended by representatives from VNT, VCC 2023 organizers, and the Head Judge.

These Roasters are products of VNT’s continuous research and innovation in coffee roasting technology. They are designed to meet the diverse and demanding needs of coffee roasters, with features such as precise temperature control, adjustable airflow, flexible drum speed, and smart software that allows roasters to monitor and record every roast profile. The Roasters can roast 1 kg of green coffee beans per batch with high consistency and quality.

The Roastery competition was a success, as the roasting machines performed flawlessly and impressed the attendees with their capabilities and performance. The coffee roasters who used the machines praised their ease of use, responsiveness, and versatility. They also expressed their excitement and gratitude to VNT for sponsoring such advanced and reliable equipment for VCC 2023.

VCC 2023 is scheduled to take place from September 15 to September 17, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City. The Roastery Challenge category is one of the main attractions of the competition, where coffee roasters will compete by creating their roast profiles for different types of coffee beans and presenting their roasted coffee to a panel of judges. The winner will receive a big prize and a trophy from VNT and VCC.

During the sharing session at the recent press conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Huy, a representative of Vina Nha Trang, presented the company’s perspective on coffee roasting and grinding technology in the Vietnamese market. Vina Nha Trang takes pride in its coffee roasting and grinding technology and is considered a leading manufacturer of mechanical coffee processing equipment in Vietnam.

With modern and advanced investments in coffee roasting technology and continuous updates on foreign trends, Vina Nha Trang offers a wide range of roasting machines, including manual, specialty, and fully automated coffee roasting machines.

The company uses special roasting drums that help the coffee beans roast evenly without burning or losing their original aroma and flavor. Vina Nha Trang’s roasting machines are specialized not only for commercial coffee but also for specialty coffee, ensuring that the original flavor and aroma of each coffee bean is preserved, adding value to pure, clean coffee.

Over the past ten years, coffee roasting and grinding machine system in Vietnam were concentrated in large domestic corporations produced by foreign companies. However, Vietnam’s focus on producing specialty and high-quality coffee, especially Robusta coffee, has spurred the development of coffee roasting machine suppliers in Vietnam. Roasting machines of various capacities have been domestically produced, meeting the market demand for specialty and high-quality coffee.

Vina Nha Trang, with over 50% of the export market share, has provided roasting machine solutions to more than 20 countries worldwide, including South Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia. The company has also partnered with one of the world’s largest coffee roasting companies to enhance the supply of coffee roasting machines with a large capacity of up to 600 kg per batch, equivalent to 3 tons per hour, to meet global demand. With its coffee grinding machines, Vina Nha Trang has established a reputation among many large roasting companies worldwide, satisfying even the most discerning customers.

Despite the difficulties that the domestic coffee roasting industry faces in supplying machine accessories and the immaturity of the material and processing equipment industry, small-scale coffee roasting machine suppliers in Vietnam still have many opportunities for development due to low labor costs, good maintenance capabilities, and the ability to flexibly meet customer needs.
