MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER RECRUITMENT

Job Summary

Participate in project design tasks, ensuring proper timeline, quality, and compliance with technical standards.

Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities

  1. Detailed design of products and mechanical equipment connections:
  • Develop design concepts and content, discussing them with the Department Head or Deputy Head before design implementation.
  • Execute designs according to the Head or Deputy Head’s direction and submit designs for approval.
  • Design and guide the manufacturing of jigs and technological gauges. Inspect jigs and gauges after completion to ensure requirements are met.
  1. Supervise technical documentation implementation in purchasing, production, installation, and warranty
  • Inspect the quality of raw materials and semi-finished products from outsourced processing or external purchases as required by PVT or the Technical Department.
  • Supervise new product manufacturing process in workshop and product testing operations, identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Handle or propose solutions for technical issues (drawings, manufacturing technology, materials, etc.) arising in production and installation.
  • Handle non-conforming products in production and installation. Address customer quality complaints when assigned.
  • Coordinate with units to control design changes in production, installation, and complete as-built product drawings.
  1. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
  • Participate in overall layout design as assigned.
  • Update and research information related to trends and changes in respective design specialization.
  • Maintain and preserve assigned documents and records according to regulations.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Mechanical Engineer Job Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree
Major Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing
Certificates Not required
Experience 01 year of relevant professional experience in a similar position
Knowledge
  • Understanding of Company products.
  • Knowledge of Company procedure systems.
  • Understanding of technical and technological aspects in machinery and equipment manufacturing.
  • Thorough understanding of project implementation procedures and management.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and methods.
Skills/Abilities
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Proficient in Autocad, Inventor.
  • Able to read and understand work-related English documents.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as telephone, fax, photocopier, etc.

  • Strong sense of responsibility
