(Chinhphu.vn) – From March 10 to March 14 in Buon Ma Thuot City, the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival will take place in 2023 with the theme “Buon Ma Thuot – The Destination of World Coffee”
At this festival, coffee growers in Dak Lak will be honored for their contributions to the province
With 7 times of the organization, Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival has become a prominent event in Vietnam’s coffee industry, having a great influence and leaving a good impression on domestic and international people and tourists.
The 2023 festival will have 18 official activities and some activities in response to the festival of localities.
The 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2023 will be held on a larger scale than previous times, with an expression form according to the trend of international integration with modern styles.
Besides the opening, closing, street festivals, etc., this year’s festival also has many new activities, such as the video clip contest introducing Buon Me Thuot coffee with the theme “The story of Buon Ma Thuot coffee”; the performance of the Song of Passion Desire; the festival of lights; art photo exhibitions; the contest for making handicraft products from coffee trees, etc.
The 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2023 aims to continue promoting the Buon Ma Thuot coffee brand and Vietnamese coffee development, gradually elevating Buon Ma Thuot to the status of a world coffee destination, contributing to the value of Vietnamese coffee and confirming its position in the global market, and honoring coffee growers, processors, and traders.
The festival is also an opportunity for Dak Lak province to introduce the image, potential and strengths of tourism in the province, and promote and attract investment in the business, and processing of coffee and other agricultural products in the province.
