MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER RECRUITMENT
Job Summary
Participate in project design tasks, ensuring proper timeline, quality, and compliance with technical standards.
Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Detailed design of products and mechanical equipment connections:
- Develop design concepts and content, discussing them with the Department Head or Deputy Head before design implementation.
- Execute designs according to the Head or Deputy Head’s direction and submit designs for approval.
- Design and guide the manufacturing of jigs and technological gauges. Inspect jigs and gauges after completion to ensure requirements are met.
- Supervise technical documentation implementation in purchasing, production, installation, and warranty
- Inspect the quality of raw materials and semi-finished products from outsourced processing or external purchases as required by PVT or the Technical Department.
- Supervise new product manufacturing process in workshop and product testing operations, identify and resolve technical issues.
- Handle or propose solutions for technical issues (drawings, manufacturing technology, materials, etc.) arising in production and installation.
- Handle non-conforming products in production and installation. Address customer quality complaints when assigned.
- Coordinate with units to control design changes in production, installation, and complete as-built product drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
- Participate in overall layout design as assigned.
- Update and research information related to trends and changes in respective design specialization.
- Maintain and preserve assigned documents and records according to regulations.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by direct manager.
