Product's functions

  • Aroma distillation technology using a distillation column.
  • Before the evaporation process, the extracted coffee solution will have its flavor separated. Subsequently, the pure aroma is blended back into the coffee solution in preparation for the next steps of spray drying or freeze drying.
  • The pure aroma extract is cold-preserved at a temperature of 2 – 5°C.
