The press conference for the Vietnam Coffee Challenge 2023 was held on April 10, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of numerous coffee industry professionals. Vina Nha Trang proudly served as the exclusive sponsor of coffee roasting machines for this competition.
During the sharing session at the recent press conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Huy, a representative of Vina Nha Trang, presented the company’s perspective on coffee roasting and grinding technology in the Vietnamese market. Vina Nha Trang takes pride in its coffee roasting and grinding technology and is considered a leading manufacturer of mechanical coffee processing equipment in Vietnam.
With modern and advanced investments in coffee roasting technology and continuous updates on foreign trends, Vina Nha Trang offers a wide range of roasting machines, including manual, specialty, and fully automated coffee roasting machines.
The company uses special roasting drums that help the coffee beans roast evenly without burning or losing their original aroma and flavor. Vina Nha Trang’s roasting machines are specialized not only for commercial coffee but also for specialty coffee, ensuring that the original flavor and aroma of each coffee bean is preserved, adding value to pure, clean coffee.
Over the past ten years, coffee roasting and grinding machine system in Vietnam were concentrated in large domestic corporations produced by foreign companies. However, Vietnam’s focus on producing specialty and high-quality coffee, especially Robusta coffee, has spurred the development of coffee roasting machine suppliers in Vietnam. Roasting machines of various capacities have been domestically produced, meeting the market demand for specialty and high-quality coffee.
