Product's functions

  • Used to continuously dry and cool the peppers after their release from sterilization. The natural quality of the peppers will not be harmed if they are dried immediately after being wet.
  • The peppers have to go through two stages when moving in the machine: the drying and cooling stages.
  • Color diffusion and caramelization are avoided, making them ideal for heat-sensitive products.
