Unlike traditional methods that can compromise quality, the VNT's Pepper Fluid Bed Dryer employs a gentle drying process using fluidized air. This technology minimizes heat exposure and prevents color changes like diffusion and caramelization, which are detrimental to preserving the natural quality and vibrant color of peppers, particularly heat-sensitive varieties. Additionally, by minimizing harsh drying methods, this system helps preserve the peppers' original taste, aroma, and texture, also known as their organoleptic properties, resulting in a higher-quality final product.
